Mentors
Mentors are anyone who has some skills and willing to guide someone to help them grow in their career.
Renumeration:
Mentors can set a price for their offering through the MentF portal. You will get your renumeration per week basis after deducting the MentF charges as agreed with MentF.
Refund:
MentF offers refund policy to the Mentees for a variety of acceptable reasons. In case of a refund requested by a Mentees and if that is found to be eligible under the return policy, Mentor will have to comply with this with respect to amount paid to them.
Mentees
Mentees are anyone who subscribe to a package offered by a Mentor.
Cost:
Mentees need to pay the amount set by the mentor in advance through the MentF portal
Refund:
A refund is possible for genuine cases where Mentees found the Mentor is not helping much and hence they can request for a refund. MentF can decide on the amount to be refunded case to case basis and refund the amount by deducting the Mentor's already put effort and also the completion state of the package.

Direct contacts:
As a user, you are not allowed to connect with the Mentors and Mentees directly without approval from MentF. Any exception to this might lead to your account being blocked.
